Summer Camps

Global Leader Summer Camp

Discover your passions and challenge yourself in university-level academic and English language courses taught by University of British Columbia (UBC) professors and instructors. Whether you are ambitious, motivated or just curious about university life, learn with like-minded students from more than 45 countries around the world.

  • studying on university campus and living in residence at UBC
  • 4 days and 3 nights Rocky Mountain tour
  • 12 hours of English classes & 9 hours of English Clubs per week
  • 4 outside activities per week (2 on weekdays & 2 on weekend) to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Vancouver

Surrey Good Time Summer Camp

Duration: 2 - 4 weeks
Age: 8 – 17 years old
Location: Metro Vancouver, BC

Just a short distance from Downtown Vancouver, Surrey Good Time Summer Camp offers a great opportunity for students to experience a cultural adventure while enhancing their English skills and providing the chance to make friends from around the world.

  • 25 hours of English classes at campus per week
  • Homestay with ride-service and 3 meals per day
  • 1 full-day activities & 3 half-day activities per week
  • Certificate when finish the program

Toronto Summer Fun

Start Date: July
Duration: 2 - 4 weeks
Age: 14 – 19 years old
Location: Toronto, ON

With friends from all around the world, students will study in an innovative flexible level system in the morning and in the afternoon go on a variety of fun and exciting trips.

  • 15 hours of English classes per week
  • 5 half-day activities per week
  • Homestay with 3 meals, in private room

English for Children & Family Summer Camp

Start Date: July
Duration: 2 weeks
Age: 7 – 14 years old
Location: Vancouver, BC

Enjoy a family cultural adventure program, as you learn English and explore the city together.
For Children: Children ages 7-14 explore English in small classes ensuring personalized attention from supportive TESL Canada qualified instructors.
For Adults: Moms, dads, older brother and sisters, aunts, uncles or grandparents enhance their English in adult classes.

  • 25 hours of English classes per week
  • Living in GEC Student Hotel
  • 4 days and 3 nights Rocky Mountain tour
  • Half day of field trip with local student per week
  • 5 outdoor activities per week (4 on weekdays & 1 on weekend)

Winter Camps

Surrey Winter Camp

Start Date: January
Duration: 2 - 4 weeks
Age: 9 – 18 years old
Location: Metro Vancouver, BC

Winter camp brings together interactive ESL studies based on school curriculum with fun-filled activities. Imagine trying out Canadian winter sports like ice skating and skiing, or something indoors like rock climbing and laser tag. Additionally, travel around, visiting popular attractions like the Vancouver Aquarium, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and the world-famous winter resort of Whistler.

  • XX hours of English classes per week
  • Ski or Snowboard lessons on Canadian slopes
  • Visit to Whistler, the 2010 Winter Olympics location
  • Activities such as ice skating, Canada’s national sport
  • Homestay with ride-service and 3 meals per day

GDC International Dancing Camp

Duration: 2 weeks
Age: 9 – 17 years old
Location: Vancouver, BC
