Thompson Rivers University offers a supportive learning community for students through flexible programs covering diverse fields of studies. Credentials offered are certificates and diplomas, bachelor degrees, post-baccalaureate diplomas, graduate certificates, and master degrees. A growing number of interdisciplinary career options are also provided for students with non-traditional career goals. TRU enriches the learning experience through opportunities outside the classroom such as coop, service learning and undergraduate research.
TRU offers career paths in trades, technology, health, and hospitality, innovative research, creative work, medicine, law, or entrepreneurship. There are currently 24,125 students enrolled in 140 on-campus programs and 57 Open Learning programs.
TRU’s main campus is based in Kamloops, BC, Canada, a vibrant city with a rich natural setting and an overlooking view of the Thompson Rivers.
